Mood Cycle Herbal Tea
Raspberry leaf has been marketed as "A Women's Best Friend" because of its properties in lessening the symptoms of PMS.
The week or two before your period can be tough to handle. Many of us are all too familiar with bloating, headaches, hormonal aches & pains that come with our period every month or couple of weeks.
I formulated our MoodCycle herbal tea with this in mind. Made with chamomile to help calm, relieve nerves and muscle spasms, peppermint & licorice root for natural sweetness, and Ginger to end with a nice bite for bloating.

How to make:
1 tsp of Mood Cycle Tea, 6-8oz of hot water, steep for 5-7mins
Raspberry leaf, chamomile, licorice root, peppermint & ginger root.
