My Morning Greens
This blend is my personal favorite!
Our Morning Greens has MANY benefits. Green Tea by itself has benefits but added with Yerba Mate (pronounced “yur-ba mah-tay”) it is an excellent start to your Morning!
Studies have shown that Yerba Mate has benefits such as:
Improves Brain Function
Protects against Cancer
Echinacea root and Ginko Biloba improves:
The Immune system
Alleviate headaches and symptoms of depression
Teabags are available!
We also have teabags, that are stored in Mason jars. With Hot or Cold changing quote: "But First tea!" on the Mason Jar with 12 teabags inside!
Cold: The label starts white then changes to a blue color when ice cold!
Hot: The label starts red then changes to a yellow color when It's hot!

How to make:
1 tsp Tea, 8oz of water at 160F, Steep for 3 to 7 mins
